The service was excellent and the movers went extra mile to help us with our move and they made it as smooth as possible. I will highly recommend them as their service is really good; they are very prompt, excellent time keeping and they follow up on the dates every now and then and very patient indeed; Quite reasonably priced as well and very professional;
A very affordable removal service, backed up by a great customer service. We really enjoy using them on an ongoing basis.
JUNE 23RD 2020 -My partner and I had the pleasure of having Gary from 2me2u do our move from a 2 bed flat to a 2 bed house and he was absolutely amazing. Not only was he very efficient, he was extremely friendly and positive throughout the whole process. He completed the move within 3 hours even though we had almost a full lorry of stuff and large furniture to move. Sarah the lady we spoke to throughout the process to organise it, make payments etc. was also very efficient and she got back to any messages/emails/texts very fast and was very friendly and reliable. Overall, an excellent service was provided and we'd definitely recommend 2me2u removals. :)
JUNE 15TH 2020 -You get what you pay for. I cannot thank this company enough for all their hard work and care taken. Packing our 4 bed house without any disruption to our daily routine. FEBRUARY 2020 -Great professional attitude/ punctual/ careful on all the items they are moving. They were fast and efficiency to move out a 3 bedroom house in less than 3hrs. They even helped the family ( where I am moving in to ) to move some of their items out of the house so that ours can get in nice and tidy. THANK YOU. We will definitely recommend them. Thank you very much for the job very well done on 8th & 9th June. Your guys are brilliant, they were so polite, helpful and accommodating with our special needs. We realised that you were challenged with vehicles on the day but it did not affect our move at all. We did not get our keys until 2.30 but your guys just got straight on with the job and we were in the house in super quick time.

Moving is stressful enough without having to search for companies as well. I therefore chose the one closest to me. I called and left a message and within minutes i received a call back from Sarah. A quote was initially taken over the phone and I was asked if they could do a property visit also due to the location of our house ( narrow roads/ cottage ). The next afternoon Sarah and her Operations Manager came to look around the house. Both were very polite and answered all of my questions with regards to my move. I did approach 2 other companies both of which took nearly a week to get in touch then requested a property visit to which I declined.

Our move went without a hitch. There was a wait for keys but all the guys were in good spirits. Long day was had by all but cannot fault any of the team, they made our move a good one.

Local move so used a local company. Many date changes, poor Sarah , her diary must have been full off crossing out. Always polite on the phone and always keeping us up to date with bookings from other customers, this helped us out a lot when finding a suitable date with our chain. Thanks to everyone.

Moved into Storage, Both the removal guys knew how to load and unload into the container. Photos were taken which I thought was a nice touch. They asked if I would be needing anything from the container so this meant they would put any items i needed at the front. I am using them again once I find a property and have already told my friends about them.

I was undecided about which company to use for my move. I got three quotes, 2me2u Removals was the first one I received. Followed 3 days later by the other two. They were very good on price and therefore I asked for someone to visit my property to clarify the items I needed moving and of course to meet them. Sarah visited with one of the removal team, this was nice as I was told that he would be on my move as well. The original quote remained the same and I chose to use them for my move. I would like to say Thank you to all the team for being patient with me on the day, a bit teary to leave, and also for keeping all the furniture dry from the downpour. All is well here in Wales. Thank you.

Wet weather, typical I choose to move on a rainy day. Guys were keen and smiling, blankets were put down to protect the carpets, and all my belongings were handled with care. Hope you liked the bacon butties, well deserved. Many Thanks.

From the first phone call Sarah was always quick with responding to us , the price of course was very affordable with polite service and very well organised team , we couldn't have asked for more.
